I recently was invited by Stan Ajemian to be on his podcast Stories On Purpose to explore the winding path that's brought me here through performance, motherhood, and the ongoing practice of coming home to myself.
We talk about my work with Jeff and Paige, the creation of Rainbow Socks, and the deeper thread that runs through it all. It is a thread of connection to nature, to our inner world, and to a sense of wholeness that has always been within us.
I share parts of my personal story, including my experience with an eating disorder at age 14, and how that journey shaped my understanding of presence, sensitivity, and what it means to heal. We explore the idea that many of the struggles we label as mental illness may be thoughtful responses to a world that pulls us away from ourselves, and how awareness can guide us gently back.
This conversation is an invitation to listen inward, to trust what arises, and to remember that your life exactly as it is is the place where meaning unfolds.
